If Atlanta Falcon’s quarterback Michael Vick’s admission of guilt to dog fighting isn’t bad enough, now we have rapper DMX suspected of engaging in the same thing.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies got a tip of animal cruelty (that pit bulls kept by the rapper at his Cave Creek, AZ, home weren’t being given enough food or water). What they found were several sickly dogs, dog carcasses, guns and suspected illegal narcotics (possibly cocaine) at DMX’s residence.
No charges or arrests have been made but the investigation of animal cruelty is ongoing.
Pit bulls, dog fighting and rappers seem to go hand in hand…or at least that’s the “image” they portay. But dog fighting is big in the ‘hood. Rappers just glorify it.
